No Matching Items Message

PROBLEM

"No matching items" error in report from labor log/material log in MacNail Construction Accounting Software.

DIAGNOSIS

Look to see if they have "Unpaid Items Only" selected in the Include...dialog.

SOLUTION

un-check the "Unpaid Item Only" option.

This seems obvious but a user who normally checks that box when running reports may have forgotten to uncheck it for the report he is trying to create now.
