#N/A as Job Name

PROBLEM

#N/A in job name or other lookup column in MacNail accounting software

DIAGNOSIS

shows #N/A. If it shows #### may need to widen column to see the error msg.

SOLUTION

1. is the value in Master Index? Have them retype some other things that are definitely in MI. It may just be a typo (i vs 1, oh vs zero etc)
2. is the problem only with items near bottom of MI? If so, check defined names, they may have added items past the defined name markers
3. try replace/restore of lookup formulas via Lookup Formulas command in MacNail Construction Accounting Software
4. make sure titles in Master Index are correct
5. for jobs, try 'put projects in order' in CC Manager
