Checks not getting Addresses

PROBLEM

check printing: addresses not printing on checks in MacNail Construction Accounting Software

DIAGNOSIS

Do they have their master addresses file filled out? At least one of the address1, address2, address3 columns must be filled out for each employee/supplier etc.

SOLUTION

If they DO have it filled out, and MacNail accounting software is still not printing addresses, check the defined names on the master addresses.

Any names which aren't just column refs (e.g. $B:B), should range from row 2 to the last row in their addresses file. If it doesn't, that's the problem. They were probably adding rows to the master addresses by hand. Fix the names, and encourage them to use *Update Addresses.
