Accounting Addresses not Updating

PROBLEM

*Update Addresses doesn't update all info- only some

DIAGNOSIS

generally this is because the items are already there. Once it puts them into the MacNail Construction Accounting Software it won't change them, even if the name is changed in MI (since the names may not match).
If not that, see below.

SOLUTION

• check master index to make sure headings are set up correctly, code #'s are in order, etc.
• there are defined names in the master index which store the range to be used for employees, suppliers, etc. These should cover all rows right to end of file- check on a clean master index. If they are incorrect, fix the defined name.
