Credits and Returns in Menu

Problem

The Credit and Return options are disabled in Material Purchases, subcontractor log etc. This is in the Apply To field

Diagnosis

this is a minor bug when "Can change Paid Expenses" is turned on.

Solution

Turn off that option temporarily.

Fixed in version 2.31 of Goldenseal job costing software.
