Not a Win32 Application

Problem

When they open Goldenseal business management software it says it's not a valid Win32 application.

Windows error message after installing GS>

Diagnosis

1. check the Windows version
2. Check Quicktime version. it's probably too low. Have them install the latest version from the Apple website.

Solution

1. If Win 95, it just won't run.
2. Install Quicktime from CD.
3. We may need to send another CD?
