Can't Find Folder Message

Problem

"Can't find current accounts folder" message when importing from MacNail accounting software.
" Can't find Conversion Blanks folder"

Diagnosis

They need to have the MacNail-Goldenseal Converter file immediately inside the MacNail folder, along with the Conversion Blanks folder and the Converted FIles folder.
Best bet is to have them open the MacNail folder and tell you what is inside.

Solution

Get the proper setup for MacNail Accounting Software.

HINT-- Often users either put the converter etc into one of the MacNail folders (Estimates, Accounts etc), or they drag the entire MacNail Conversion folder inside the MacNail folder.
