Estimates in List

Problem

I don't see the XXXX account (or transaction) in the Account field of an Estimate!
estimate doesn't show in Project account.
account not in clairvoyant field

Diagnosis

1. Did they just enter the item that is not showing?
2. Does the item have something in the name/brief description field?
3. If a transaction, what is its status?

Solution

1. If recently entered, have them go back there and hit the Enter key. The record was probably not completed. Explain how/when GS saves a record.
2. If blank, fill in some text. GS 1.02 was the first version to forbid blank name fields. Some later versions would allow blank names in some cases.
3. Goldenseal Estimating Software usually won't list completed items or void items.
