Estimating Breakdowns Disabled

Problem

switch from dimension to long form in an Estimate leaves breakdown popup disabled.

Diagnosis

User is in dimensions then returns to specs via Estimate Dimensions or form type button. They can't change the breakdown.

Solution

Minor bug, fixed in version 2.3 of Goldenseal estimating software.

Workaround-- go to a different record and come back.
