Problem

How to "zero out" the Hyper•Estimator, Hyper•Remodeler or BidMagic Construction Estimating Software

Diagnosis

wants to remove everything from estimate so they can start over

Solution

• HE or HR: zero all dimensions and specs, will go to ALMOST zero, except for labor for building permit- about $40.
• BidMagic-- choose 'Clear Specifications', then go to Soft Costs and choose 'Clear Card'. May also want to Clear Dimensions.
