BidMagic Number out of Range

Problem

"number out of the range xxx to xxx"

Diagnosis

One user had done an import of material prices which didn't include some of the prices which were referenced in his assembly-- "nails common" was the main culprit. As a result when he went to edit assemblies for some framing items, his assembly was missing one item, which the program entered as "unknown".

When BidMagic Construction Estimating Software tried to do math, it gave errors.

Solution

Adding that material price back in seemed to fix the problem.

COMMENTS

HyperTalk treats an empty string as 0 but OpenScript does not; it may be due to that.
