Problem
getting message "not enough memory to complete
that command" when using BidMagic Construction Estimating Software
Diagnosis
Despite the message, this is USUALLY NOT A MEMORY PROBLEM. It is either a new bug, or some kind
of hardware/software incompatibility.
Solution
To solve:
1. See if you can duplicate it on your machine after following exact same steps as customer. If you can, it's a bug of some
kind and needs to be fixed. Tell user we'll fix as soon as possible, and send them latest disks.
2. If you cannot duplicate it- it's probably some kind of system hard/soft conflict. Restart with extensions off, reinstall
BM, then run it and see if it happens again. Are they running disk-compression software? BM will not run correctly if compressed.
