BidMagic Missing Handler

Problem

Gives message "missing handler for message 'update prices'" when they click the update material prices button in Windows version

Diagnosis

do they own the material takeoff module in BidMagic Construction Estimating Software?

Solution

if so- a file must be missing or they didn't install the takeoff module. Install it and the message won't happen.
If not- that command is not available (there's a small bug, sometimes it is not disabled like it should be).
