Never Heard of Card Field

Problem

Error messages: Never heard of card field/can’t understand “x”
can't understand offbtn message in BidMagic Construction Estimating Software

Diagnosis

1. If they have HC 2.0 and HE/HR 1.1-- they need 1.1a
2. Not enough memory
3. System 6.0 has bugs- get 6.0.5 or 6.0.7, or Syst. 7

Solution

1. send 1.1a disk
2. quit applications, increase memory partitions, disable INITs, etc.
3. Get rid of extra HyperCard, home

COMMENTS

If the error message is "can't understand offbtn", sending them 1.1a will almost certainly fix it
