Step Two: Enter Prices into the Material Manager
To enter
the latest supplier prices into the BidMagic construction estimating software, follow these steps:
1. Open up the Material Manager.
2. Find each material item.
3. Type in the new price. You can also change the supplier, if the price came from a different location.
Each
time you enter prices, the Last Updated date for each item is automatically changed to today's date.
If entering prices in bulk, you can often select a material category and then enter several items
in a row.
If you can't remember an items cost category, follow these steps:
1. Choose Find from the Edit menu.
2. Type in the name of the item, then click OK.
3. The BidMagic estimating software will take you to the correct category and highlight the desired item.

software in 2001. It has been replaced by Goldenseal construction
estimating software.
