Saving a Copy of a Bid

To make a duplicate copy of a BidMagic bid while you are working on it, do either of the following:

• Choose Save A Copy from the File menu, and type in a new file name. A copy of the current file will be saved on your hard drive, and the original file will still be open.
• Choose Save As from the File menu, and type in a new file name. A copy of the current file will be saved on your hard drive, the original file will be closed, and you 'll be switched to the new file.

You can also make a copy of any BidMagic file while in the Macintosh Finder. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Switch to the Macintosh Finder.
2. Click once on the icon for the BidMagic file.
3. Choose Duplicate from the File menu.
4. If necessary, rename the new duplicate file.
