Reference Manual- Reports

The Goldenseal accounting software includes a wide range of reports and printed forms. They'll keep you well-informed about the details of your business.

Financial Reports

Goldenseal includes the following financial reports:

Balance Sheet
Income Statement
Profit & Loss
General Ledger
Chart of Accounts
Bank registers for checkbooks and other bank accounts
Expense reports
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable

You can also use the Pay Bills command to see a "snapshot" of the money you owe to vendors. Use the Billing and Deposit Funds commands to see a "snapshot" of money that is owed to you.

Job Cost Reports

Goldenseal includes the following job cost reports:

Project Job costs (overview)
Costs by Category
Costs by Subcategory
Costs by Location
Costs by Class

You can also use the Job Costs command to see a "snapshot" of job costs for each project.

Estimates

Goldenseal includes the following estimate reports:

Category breakdown
Subcategory breakdown
Location breakdown
Itemized estimates (by category, subcategory or location)
Material takeoffs
Project schedule

You can also use the Print Forms command to print customer estimates in several different formats.

Payroll Reports

The Goldenseal financial management software includes the following payroll reports:

Labor Hours
Payroll Records
Withholding Taxes
Withholding by Employee
Wittholding by Tax Item

You can also use the Print Forms command to print paychecks, W-2 forms and 1099 forms. The Pay Bills command automatically handles tax payments.
